Zumba - join the party!

Lift your spirits, burn off the calories and get fabulously sweaty with a fantastic Zumba workout taught by our very own party girl Chantel! She’ll mix it up with lots of our favourite Bellydance moves and will top it all off with a fun routine full of bouncy latin steps and shimmies!

This class has it all: it brings spice and variety to your dancing at the same time as burning the calories and excercising parts of the body you never thought you had!
