Hastings bellydancers race for life!
7th June 2010
Five Hastings bellydancers will be shimmying their way around Alexander Park in the Hastings Race For Life on Sunday 13 June. The women will be dressed in sparkling bellydance costumes and are hoping to raise more than £500 between them for Cancer Research UK.
The women: Chloe Dent (32) Jenny Wotton (65) Judy Redfern (49) Emily Parker (33) and Emma Smith (38) all attend bellydance classes with Hipsinc> Bellydance School in St Leonards.
The teacher is Chloe, whose father died of cancer eight years ago at the young age of 55. Emma Smith’s father died of cancer at the tragically young age of 37 and Emily Parker’s mother in law was diagnosed with breast cancer just last week.
